Situated overlooking Kamini village, a spacious house that is made up of two separate but interconnecting flats having the same main entrance. A large terrace on the upper floor allows you to enjoy the sea view. Very close to a supermarket, restaurants and to Kamini beach. The house offers accommodation for a maximum of 6 persons. Fully air- conditioned, TV/dvd player, radio/CD player.

Flat A [ground and upper floor] offers a kitchen/dining room and a sitting room with sofas. Behind the kitchen is a courtyard, covered with awning . A staircase from the kitchen leads to a very spacious bedroom and bathroom. From the bedroom there is access to a large terrace half covered with awning and two marble dining tables. Flat A has only one bedroom, but is the larger of the two. The use of the terrace is only for flat A. A child can sleep in the sofa bed if required.

Flat B [ground floor] has two twin bedrooms, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table,but no living room.On entering the main gate of the house, there is an inner courtyard covered with awning. From the inner courtyard there is access to both of the flats. All courtyards and terrace are fully equipped with relaxing deck chairs.

You will be met with donkeys to carry your luggage [15€ per donkey - carries 2 suitcases] by our manager who will escort you to Kamini, show you around the house and introduce you to the house keeper who will come once a week to clean the house and change bed linen. Any extra cleaning, is charged extra [10€ per hour]. For safety, not advisable for children under 7 yrs. No pets. Max persons 6. Minimum booking 7 days. 50% deposit required to secure booking with balance of payment due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.In case of cancellation the deposit is not refundable. There is a deposit of 300€ for security reasons the day of arrival. This deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy period, after checking that everything in the house is okay.
