Situated overlooking Kamini village, a comfortable spacious house that is separated into two flats having the same main entrance. A large terrace on the upper floor allows you to enjoy the sea view and you can watch the sunrise in the morning and capture the sunset in the evening. Very close to a supermarket, restaurants and is only a short stroll to Kamini beach. The house offers accommodation for a maximum of 6 persons. Fully air- conditioned.

The first flat offers a kitchen/dining room fitted with all the necessary appliances and a very comfortable sitting room with TV/stereo system.From the back of the kitchen is a courtyard and is ideal for that Mediterranean breakfast. A staircase from the kitchen leads to a very spacious bedroom and bathroom. In the bedroom there is a sofa, table, small fridge,TV/DVD player, radio/CD player and portable radio-tape recorder.From the bedroom, there is access to a large terrace half covered with awning for extra shade and two marble dining tables, lending to an enjoyable evening in.

In the second flat there are two twin bedrooms, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.On entering the main gate of the house, there is an inner courtyard where on hotter summer days is the perfect area for shade. An external staircase from the inner courtyard leads to the terrace upstairs. From the inner courtyard it gives you access to both of the flats. All courtyards are fully equipped with relaxing deck chairs and mattresses for those typical summer siestas.

You will be met with donkeys to carry your luggage by our manager who will escort you to Kamini, show you around the house and introduce you to the housekeeper who will come once a week to clean the house and change bed linen. Any extra cleaning, is charged extra. Conditions: For safety, not advisable for children under 8 yrs. No pets. Available all year round. Max persons 6. Minimum booking 7 days. 50% deposit required to secure booking with balance of payment due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
