The Amarillis Hotel is a small, family run Greek islands hotel offering traditional hospitality and comfort on the beautiful island of Hydra, Greece. For your accommodation there are 10 rooms and the hotel is conveniently close to the harbour of Hydra being only a 70 metre, easy walk, from your arrival point on the island. The Amarillis on a corner behind the main port but with all the convenience of being close to the tavernas, places to visit and beaches. Bed rooms are spacious and furnished with plenty of drawers and cupboards, so you can unpack properly.

Room facilities include: Air-conditioning & Heating, En-suite shower room, TV, Telephone, Fridge with icebox, Hair-dryer, Some with balcony, Cots available, Town view and partial harbour views, Large roof terrace, Room only, breakfast not included, Kitchen facilities. The bedrooms on the 1st floor of Hotel Amarillis have balconies which overlook the little lanes around the hotel. The views of Hydra town are very picturesque.

The roof terrace is available to all guests who want to use it for sunbathing or as a place to take breakfast. You are more than welcome to use the kitchen facilities of the hotel to prepare a light snack but breakfast is not included in the price. All rooms are double, however if you have a third person or child to share a room, they are large enough to move an extra bed in to make a triple. Please enquire for prices.

The bathrooms at the Amarillis are all of a good standard and clean. The Amarillis Hotel is one of the few hotels on Hydra to have taken purposeful steps to help reduce the amount of electricity consumed un-necessarily. Environmentally friendly measures include providing guests with an electricity activating key holder in all rooms. The key is simply plugged in and the electricity is activated. This avoids people going out and leaving the lights or air-conditioning on by mistake.
