Five bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to ten persons. On middle level, living/dining room and kitchen have direct access to large roofed terrace.  Steps lead up to master bedroom B and down to lower house, terraces and long lap pool. 

The large roofed terrace dominates the middle level. Here guests can dine and enjoy a breathtaking view, lounge on comfortable rattan furniture or read or nap on the large pillowed daybed. Steps lead down to a large stone-paved terrace. The middle level also contains a living/dining room (with fireplace, stereo. TV and DVD) and a well equipped kitchen (marble counters, fridge, stove, dishwasher, cuisinart, coffe makers) as well as a bedroom with twin beds and bath.  There is a utility room (clotheswasher and linen storage) and drying terrace.

On the upper floor, master bedroom B (double with AC) includes dressing area, bath, fireplace and study with library.  French doors open onto large upper terrace.  Chairs and banquettes, plus views of sunsets, nearby islands and distant mountains make this the perfect place for evening drinks, socializing and stargazing.  The lower level includes two bedrooms (double and twin) a bath, informal kitchen and access to separate master bedroom A (double) and bath.  Another terrace overlooks 14m (46.2') lap pool.

€365 per night, high season, 10 persons maximum. (Steps and terraces are challenging for small children.) Guests are met on arrival; donkeys carry luggage to the house. Nearby store will deliver to the house. Cleaning is provided twice a week; more frequent services at tenants' cost. Utilities included except heating.  Telephone available for incoming and local calls. A separate line is available for internet access. 50% deposit to secure booking; balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit of €350.
