Water sports on the larger beach, furthest away from the house, both beaches gently shelve so safer for younger children.

Mandraki Bay is only 3 mins from Hydra Harbour by water taxi and there is a good, wide, level coastal path for the more energetic who prefer to walk the 2 kilometres from town. Evangelia House is approached via a partially covered terrace, which has a built in traditional BBQ. Steps at the back of the terrace lead to a flat roof, which has spectacular views and is in full sun most of the day, so is perfect for sun bathing. The main living room offers comfortable seating, a well equipped large kitchen and dining area. The house is traditionally built with stone and marble flooring.

The TV receives English/American films on some channels and there are plenty of books for you to read. Kitchen: full-sized electric oven with 4 ring hob, two fridge/freezer, plenty of good quality cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware, etc. Master en-suite bedroom has plenty of cupboard and drawer space, a double bed and access to private terrace. Lower floor: 2nd double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom plus family shower room.

Conditions: Available from beginning March - mid November. 50% deposit to secure booking. Final balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Incoming & local calls only but full use of phone available with deposit against final bill. Please enquire for discounts if less than 7 persons or if you wish to stay for longer than 1 week. No Pets. Children welcome. Bed linen and bathroom towels provided. Visitors are respectfully requested to leave the house as it was found.
