Sleeps 10 plus cots for 2 babies. Top floor: 2 double bedrooms, kitchenette, shower/WC & large terrace (sea and sunset facing). Grd floor: 3 double bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, sitting room with TV, dining room, shower room/WC courtyard garden. 2 mins to Kamini beach, 5 mins to Hydra town with NO steps to negotiate with pushchairs along the coast road. 25m from the nearest bathing with 'baby beach' in Kamini very close by and there are no steps to negotiate with a pushchair from the house to Hydra Town if you walk along the coast road.

From the street you enter a paved courtyard that is planted with flowering and scented shrubs as well as some citrus trees. Stairs from the courtyard lead up to the main roof terrace with its grape vine and a good selection of out door furniture. Sea and sunset views. All bedrooms with mosquito nets and fans. A full sized cot is available if you are travelling with a baby. There is also a 2nd cot (collapsible sort) that you can put up if necessary.

Dining room seats 8. Living room has plenty of seating and a TV, please feel free to bring your own portable CD player. Kitchen: full sized oven with 4 ring hob, larder fridge/freezer and double sink. Our house is large, spacious but basic and simplistic (for example we don't have matching mugs and have lots of odd glasses, also the wiring is only single phase so there's a tendency for the fuses to trip if you have all the lights and fans on at the same time as the cooker!) but the beds are comfortable and it's well cleaned.

Sleeps: 10 plus 2 babies in cots (4 persons max in the winter). Available year round. No Pets. Children Welcome. Bed linen provided. Maid Service as extra. 50% deposit to secure booking. Balance payable 2 months prior to arrival. Utility bill of €120 Euros per week, which should be paid directly to the manager each week, when you are on the island. Visitors are respectfully requested to leave the house as it was found.
