Payments

I accept payment for the full amount:

• Bank transfer (in advance), or
• Cash on the day.

Payment must be paid EITHER in cash on the day  OR by bank deposit so that funds are CLEARED at least the day before the trek, please note any costs associated are your costs not mine.

Please note that I CANNOT accept credit/debit payment for your trek because there is no electricity or secure internet connection at the stables or in the countryside of Hydra!

Pay In Advance

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please let me know when you book and I will send you my bank details when I confirm.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the customer:

• More than 48 hours notice: full refund
• Less than 48 hours notice: full refund (less 10% admin)

(if customer cancellation is due to transport cancellations at the last minute a full refund is given.)

In event of cancellation by Harriet’s Hydra Horses, for example:

• Due to illness of trek guide,
• Illness of horses,
• Adverse weather conditions (at discretion of Harriet's Hydra Horses),

Then a full refund will be given or alternative dates agreed subject to availability.

It is a condition of your booking that you accept that Harriet’s Hydra Horses is entitled to require you to dismount or to refuse to allow you to ride if for any reason, including your inability, behaviour or health, they consider that you may endanger the safety or welfare of any person or the horses. If so required you have no claim and will not be entitled to any compensation or refund.
