Ten minute walk from the harbour with only one set of steps to negotiate off the main street from town. Plumbago House is built on two levels, the upper level consisting of the living room with sitting, dining areas and doors to balcony overlooking terrace and pool, two bedrooms, bathroom with bath & shower, and kitchen. Access to huge roof terrace for sunbathing and admiring the views (parents, take care with small children please).

The main living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area focusing on the log burning fireplace (excellent during the winter months) and a dining area. There's plenty of space to store your holiday, games, books, etc. The kitchen is compact with a full size electric oven, grill, 4 ring hob and extractor fan, larder fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Both bedrooms have A/C.

From the living room there is a good sized walled balcony with steps to the lower level, swimming pool and well furnished lower terrace. Off this terrace there is another (3rd) bedroom with double bed platform hewn out of the rock. This is a particularly cool room with plenty of cupboard space. Next door to the lower double bedroom there is a shower room, which can also serve the pool area if someone wants a shower to cool off rather than taking a dip in the pool!
