All flooring is of wooden, painted boards and the ceilings, which are approximately 5 meters high on the top floor are also painted wood panels with beading. Some of the upper floor walls are also decorated with original picture rails.

 

All windows are internally opening with deep window ledges and outward opening louvre shutters.

 

From the street entrance, a wide flight of external, stone stairs (rare Dokos stone) bring you to the upper floor terrace and to the wide, double wooden entrance doors into the house. The entrance hall is centrally positioned and from front (street end) to back, comprises:

This room also has high wooden ceilings and painted board flooring (although not as wide as the planks used in the reception room). There is one large window overlooking the lemon trees of the garden to the rear of the property.

The upstairs kitchen is the smaller of the two in the property. Currently it is simply furnished with a sink, electric oven and a few cupbaords.

Please note that the observation platform is only a couple of meters square and is used to check and provide access to the roof tiles.
