Readiness Score

All property for sale requires a document pack to include a minimum of 10 items in order to sell. The seller(s) give their document pack to the buyer's public notary to create a contract of sale.

I score the properties I am asked to advertise to indicate how ready the property is, in order to complete a contract of sale in a timely manner.

8/10 is the highest score any property for sale can have prior to an offer being accepted. 2/10 is the minimum score I will consider advertising.

The lower the score, the more paperwork still required, therefore it will take longer from initial offer to completion.
