Villa Maria is a 2 story private house to rent, furnished to a high standard, offering accommodation comprising Pool Apartment for 2 persons and Pool House for 4 persons, which can be rented separately for holidays on Hydra or taken together for extended families or friends who want independence but still like to be close together. In a walled garden adjacent to Villa Maria there is a large swimming pool and terrace for the exclusive use of Pool Apartment & House guests. Conveniently located just short 5 min walk along a level streets from Hydra's Harbour.

The apartment and house share a common entrance where you will find plenty of comfortable outside furniture and a large traditional forno for BBQ dinners under the stars. The Pool House living area has plenty of comfortable seating, a dining area next to the window so you can look at the harbour views, a small kitchen with fridge/icebox, 2 ring hob, coffee maker, etc. A/C and heating, TV, books that you are welcome to read during your stay. 2 double bedrooms, each with wardrobe and drawers. There is an attractive marble finished shower room between the bedrooms.

Pool Apartment consists of a large room that is set up with a comfortable living area to the front and stairs lead up to a double bed platform. Carved out of the mountain side it’s very cool in the summer as well as having a unique atmosphere. For winter rentals there are heaters and plenty of warm blankets to keep you cosy. Kitchen:  full sized oven/hob with extractor fan and a larder fridge/freezer. The shower room has been attractively created with part of the rock face forming the back wall of the shower. It's a bit like showering in a waterfall!

Prices shown in Euros, per night: €150.00 (Mikro Spiti) €250.00 (Pool Apartment) Price if taken together is negotiable. Available all year - prices shown for high season with pool from May - October.
