Fully equipped kitchen with old bread oven and separate dining area for 8 people. Bathroom: double sized shower, two hand- basins and a huge mirror that’s quaintly mottled with age. Large master bedroom with curtained iron double bed and traditional wooden ceiling.

First floor: The internal marble stairs, worn by age, lead from the entrance hall to the lofty loggia. This is the heart of the house, open on two sides, with a high, age old wooden ceiling. The winter sitting room is cosy and ideal for off season mornings and evenings when you can relax in front of the traditional fireplace or browse through the multilingual library. The second bedroom with its own little terrace and outdoor shower is minimalist and all in white, double bed. The third bedroom has two traditional cast iron single beds plus some spare mattresses in case of temporary need.

Price range: € 250 for July, August, € 200 for mid season. 2nd week 20 % discount, for 3rd week 30%, 4th week 40% discount. Conditions: 30% deposit to secure booking.
