And Kamini Beach is only a gentle 250m stroll from the house.

Feronikis House is a wonderfully spacious holiday home for families who want plenty of outside space as well. The house is the much-loved Hydra home of visual artist, Lila Cambani and her personal taste is evident throughout. You will find that you are welcomed more as guests coming to stay at a friend's home rather than being anonymous paying customers. Lila's belongings are there for your convenience and throughout you will find original paintings (some painted by Lila), books and ornaments that she's collected over the years. This is a particularly well cared for, comfortable home-from-home holiday house that you will want to return to time and again!
The L-shaped house is built around a walled, split-level courtyard. One side of the building is on two floors offering a sitting room, dining room and kitchen (with patio) on the ground floor. Internal stairs at the back of the kitchen, lead to a high-ceiled, 'Verani' style master bedroomon the upper floor. Adjacent to the master bedroom, there is a bathroom with a full-size bath and shower above. Double doors from the master bedroom lead to the magnificent upper terrace where everyone can enjoy stunning sea and sunset views. (There are external stairs from the courtyard as well.)
The other single floor side of the house offers another kitchen, dining/sitting area, shower room and 2 twin bedrooms. (One of the twin rooms is arranged with both beds next to each other.) Internally the two sides of the house interconnect at the ground floor sitting room.
The single level side of the house is internally joined to the rest of the building by the sitting room but it also has independent access from the entrance courtyard. Its flat roof is the upper terrace off the master bedroom. In this part of the house, there is another fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two twin bedrooms (one made up as a double room) and the 2nd shower room. For privacy, rather than going through the master bedroom, there are also external steps to the upper terrace from the entrance courtyard.
Outside there are lots of places to enjoy depending on the time of day and whether you want sun or shade.
The west patio off the dining room is cool and shady first thing in the morning for breakfast. The lower level of the entrance courtyard is deliciously cool during the heat of the day but the upper level of the courtyard is great for sunbathing. The upper terrace is where you will not only enjoy dining under the stars but it also provides the best vantage for taking in the glorious views of the village across the sea to the mainland and because it faces North you can watch both the sunrise and the sunset.
To make the house as flexible as possible, the sitting room has two sets of doors. Depending upon which set is closed, the sitting room can be included as part of the accommodation of either side of the L-shape. This means that 6 family members can stay together, can have a greater degree of independence each having a full kitchen and bathroom. For further flexibility, an adult or child can sleep on the sofa in the living room.
