(By prior agreement depending on the time of year, it maybe possible to have a third guest sleeping on the sofabed in the living room at an extra cost of €30 per night.)

Check-out by 10:30 – check-in after 16:00.

A 20% deposit is required to secure booking with an 80% balance of payment due no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.

This is a strictly non-smoking house (okay on the balcony outside)
