The Hydra Dream House in Kamini is just up from the end of the Hydra to Kamini coast road and is an ideal location for anyone who wants to avoid Hydra’s steps and still have very pretty sea views. The front of the Hydra Dream house in Kamini is deceptive. It disguises a very spacious double-depth apartment so most of this holiday accommodation is hidden from the street.
The street-facing side of the building, with the main entrance hall, sitting room, first double bedroom and kitchen is divided from the back of the property by an inner hall and path to the side entrance.
Being able to access the second double bedroom at the back of the house from the side entrance gives two couples sharing a greater degree of privacy and autonomy. They can come and go without disturbing each other.
And for those times when you want to get together for an evening discussing the day, there’s lots of roof space and a private garden to enjoy.
You are welcome to pick the seasonal fruit from the trees and use the stone BBQ when you want to eat at home.
Being so close to Kamini Harbour, you’ll find the popular Pirofani, Pefkaki, and Christina tavernas almost on your doorstep.
The nearest beach is Kamini beach only a short walk to the other side of the harbour. And overlooking it you can enjoy a more upmarket dining experience at the Castello Restaurant
It’s also recommended that you don’t miss an evening at the Kodylenia Taverna which is one of the best places to watch the sunset going down over Dokos Island.
