What to Expect
Hydra's top end properties are already unavailable. So to offer more choice, I am pleased to include this extra house for limited dates. It sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.
It's wonderfully placed in a quiet residential area of Hydra Town half way up a flight of Hydra's steps that aren't too difficult to manage, on the left just after the Caprice Restaurant.
Please note that this property is not suitable for younger children so all guests must be over 16 please.

In the owner's words
Our home is located a 2-minute walk from The Port - past Caprice Restaurant and up a single flight of steps. If you know the 'Hydra Icons' Guest House, we are the property opposite. Our Spitaki has 3 bedrooms & two bathrooms, and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and there is a nice private garden with a small swimming pool.
In detail… on the ground floor there is a living room with doors out onto the garden, a dining room and small galley kitchen. On the first floor are two bedrooms (each with twin beds) and a bathroom (with shower, WC & basin). The master bedroom (double bed) is situated on the the top (2nd) floor. It has an en-suite bathroom (with shower, WC & basin) and a roof terrace with pergola & seating and views over the town. Outside, there is a secluded & private garden with a covered dining pergola; a salt-water pool (7m long) and a upper courtyard with sun beds and umbrella.
