Having as compass his love for local ingredients, Téchnē’s executive chef and co-owner Yiannis Michalopoulos, has developed distinct flavours inspired by the rich heritage of Greek gastronomy combined with modern techniques. An acclaimed representative of the so-called New Greek Cuisine, Yiannis had been a head chef in awarded restaurants in London and Greece before deciding to join his childhood friend, young entrepreneur Jason Barios, in co-founding Téchnē.
