There are 2 double ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, sitting room and three large balconies. The house is for a maximum of 4 guests, for a minimum of 7 nights and is available at any time of the year. Avlaki Haven House can be holiday rented in combination with the Avlaki Haven Studio which is an independent apartment on the lower ground. Full Description
To step into Avlaki House is to immediately be cocooned in comfort and a sense of well-being. Lili's spacious house flows elegantly from one area to another.
There are 2 double ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, sitting room and three large balconies. The house is for a maximum of 4 guests, for a minimum of 7 nights and is available at any time of the year.
Avlaki Haven House can be holiday rented in combination with the Avlaki Haven Studio which is an independent apartment on the lower ground. Combined, Avlaki Haven house and studio can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests if rented together.
First Floor
From the street to the rear of the property, into a large dining hall, kitchen to one side, open logia (roofed terrace) to front with spectacular views, double bedroom with private Juliet balcony and en-suite shower. En-suite shower has door from bedroom as well as a door into an inner hall area at the bottom of the stairs so that guests can use the shower room facilities without having to go through the bedroom. Marble stairs curve up to the top floor.
The 3 large balconies overlook the refreshing greens of the trees below the house and across the sea to the Peloponnese mainland.
Taller guests will appreciate the higher work surface, larger than average shower cubicles, ample legroom when they sit in any of the comfortable chairs and of course, being able to have a good night's sleep in a longer than average bed.
When it comes to comfort, nothing has been skimped. Guests will sigh with pleasure when their feet sink into the thick luxury carpets or sit on a chair with deeply padded cushions.
Kitchen
The kitchen on the first floor is very well appointed with full size electric oven, hob & extractor fan, large dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, integral fridge/freezer and double sink. Equipment includes, kettle, toaster, coffee filter machine, juicer, blender and good quality crockery, cutlery and utensils.
Top Floor
The top floor of the house is a large open plan space with doors to a sun terrace at the sea-facing to the front and a large bathroom to the end. The room is arranged with a comfortable seating area opposite the door to the sun terrace and close to the open fireplace (cosy during winter months), a home office desk with wifi at the back of the room and a large comfortable double bed. There is a TV in the room. The bathroom is very large with both a bath and a shower.
