Each morning the Il Casta team start the day with the preparation of their handmade fresh pasta and selection of the freshest ingredients. Every dish at the restaurant is cooked to order to ensure optimum flavour and texture. A feast for the eyes as well as the tastebuds!
Everything about the Il Casta restaurant is subtle and discreet with a quiet atmosphere, unobtrusive background music, polite, charming and friendly service. The emphasis is on the un-rushed enjoyment of beautifully cooked, authentic food complimented by Italian wines imported from Italy. It's a small restaurant that's big on ambience.
