One of the most closely guarded dining secrets on Hydra, with diners who particularly enjoy the company of Theo Triantafyllou and his bespoke menu. It is a limited menu that his customers absolutely depend upon and look forward to every year. It is a place where you can dine well with Theo's quirky humourous personality that is essential to the experience of dining at the Pirofani.
From 22nd May 2024, Theo will be open, as before, from Wednesday to Sunday, at 7:30pm with last orders at 10:30pm. Maximum table size will now be limited to 6 people and advanced booking will be required (to make it easier for all of us!). Book Here
