Profitis Ilias, Monastery on Hydra Island

Profitis Ilias is a Monastery high upon the southwestern hillside above Hydra Town on Hydra Island, the monastery once housed many priests but is now rather quiet, to view the monastery you will have to make an appointment before going up. You will find the monastery en route to Eros View Point. If you would like a guided hike up you can contact the local hiking guides, or if you want to go up on horseback you can contact Harriet's Hydra Horses.
