Inspired by people asking me what they can do when they are on Hydra, I have put together this category to give you some ideas. For those who want a little more activity during their holidays on Hydra, the island has a lot to offer for the more energetic visitor. Many of the activities are available throughout the year making out of season holidays more fun on the days when sunbathing on the beach isn't ideal. And the cost of accommodation on Hydra is cheaper during the Spring and Autumn making a longer stay even more appealing!
Price €1894 for 1 week (Max 2 student guests)

There's a small harbour, with a tiny pebble beach to one side, with the island's boatyard immediately behind the beach and further into the valley you'll find an enormous olive grove.

Each of the activities in this 'Active Holidays' category, is a mini-business in it's own right. They are not run by HydraDirect. All contact information puts visitors in direct touch with the person operating the activity. HydraDirect does not charge a booking fee or commission but simply charges each activity a one off advertising fee per year to handle the marketing and promotion.
If any Hydriot or full-time resident of Hydra has an idea for another or new activity to offer visitors to Hydra, and would like help to put it together and add it to this category, please don't hesitate to contact me - regards Kelsey.
