The original part of the building is older than 100 years with thick stone walls and was incorporated as part of a much larger building when it was renovated and extended in 2005. The newer parts of the house are of brick and concrete.


All utilities for water, sewage and electricity are connected to the town mains supply. The house is also connect to the primary Greek communication system for phone, internet and satelitte.


Boundaries: The house is bound on two sides by quiet residential lanes, the third side by the neighbouring house and to the fourth boundary a small access alley which is shared by three houses to service utilities etc.


Summer Cooling: The house has air-conditioning throughtout and most windows have removeable flyscreens. Those windows that face direct sunlight are fitted with exterior shutters.


Winter Warming: The air-conditioning system can heat as well as cool, but as an alternative each room has one or more oil filled electric radiators which are very efficient.


Neighbourhood: This house for sale is in a quiet residential neighbourhood bound by streets that are not regularly trodden by tourists so it is relatively undisturbed.
