This is large property, currently divided into two independent neighbouring properties by just one wall that has lots of potential.
For the purpose of my description I refer to the larger side of the property as house A and the smaller as house B.House A currently has two floors and House B is one floor on the same level as the top floor of House A. So the back (higher) elevation of both houses, from the back street appears as though it's all on one level. But from the front, House A shows the windows of both floors.
House A: 2 floors, living room and built-in kitchen, bathroom & 3 bedrooms.

Starting with House A:
