    This is a medium height from the west corner of Hydra harbour.


    This side of the amphitheatre is much cooler than the other sun-facing side so it is very cool in the summer heat. The surrounding houses (including this property) are built into the mountainside so again are very cool in the summer, and there are no windows at the back of the houses.


    For winter insulation against dampness and cold, the walls are traditionally over 80cm thick and of stone. And the property is slightly set back so is protected from chilly winter north winds by the houses around it.


    The surrounding properties are a mix of full-time and part-time residential homes, so you will have Greek and international neighbours.
