Evdokia House, with its enviable sunset views, is a holiday rental of two parts. Located above the historic harbour buildings on the east side of Hydra harbour, there is the main house with a double and twin bedrooms for four guests. And within the same building, but with an independent entrance on the lower floor, there is also a garden apartment. The garden apartment sleeps two guests in a double bedroom. So this house is perfect for people to share with extended family and friends. The garden apartment is not available to rent independently from the main house.

"House Evdokia is a traditional Hydrean house, a cosy, bright & artistic nest. Located over the port of Hydra, faces daily the most amazing sunsets, visible only from that side of town!
The house has been built, decorated and inhabited by four female generations. Its decoration focuses on simplicity and Greek tradition.
It has a veranda and a terrace where the view is breathtaking and panoramic. The eye stretches from Spetses island, follows up close Peloponnese, looks straight at the isle of Dokos, overlooks the whole port of Hydra and fades down the Saronic gulf towards Piraeus. The visitor’s gaze is constantly magnetized. Watching the sunset from the House's verandas is a lifetime experience.
The House is located at the left side entering the port of Hydra, right on top of the Navy School and the Museum of Hydra, across Kountouriotis' House. In just 5 minutes walk down and 10 minutes walk up, you reach heaven.
The House sleeps from 1 to 6 visitors. It is separated into two units; the main apartment is on top and an extra double bed bedroom at the garden. Both units have their own private entrances and are fully equipped with WI-Fi, air-condition, small kitchen, refrigerator and laundry.
The main house is consisted by one double bed bedroom, a big wooden ladder that leads to a mezzanine with two single beds, a sitting room, one w.c with shower, an open-air kitchen, a veranda and a terrace, both with separate exits. The outdoor spaces are ideal for breakfast and dinner while overlooking at the port of Hydra unfolding panoramically. The wide upstairs veranda of the houses ideal even for sleeping under the stars!
The extra bedroom is equally equipped offering autonomy from the main apartment. It is equally provided sitting space at the garden with a sun umbrella.
The Evdokia house is a self-service house. Cleaning lady or private chef come after request. We provide bed linen and bath towels (change every 5 days for free).
Bookings for longer stays such as a month are accepted at exceptional rates.
Pets are always welcome. The house is ideal for writers as many scripts and poems have been written there already!"
